About Us
Within Reach Development Collective ("Within Reach") is a collaboration of nine founding Black women focused on real estate and community development. We seek to empower individuals, particularly Black women and other minorities in the industry. By fostering a supportive network and utilizing shared resources, we aim to drive neighborhood revitalization and create sustainable, positive change. Our efforts are achieved through targeted development initiatives, educational and workforce development programs, and community engagement.
Our Mission
Within Reach's mission is to empower and support real estate developers by fostering a collaborative and inclusive community. We strive to eliminate isolation, provide essential resources, and create opportunities for meaningful project partnerships. Our goal is to co-create thriving communities along the Interstate 95 corridor, revitalizing neighborhoods while building a portfolio of impactful projects.
